LEAVE AND STAY GRANTED BY THE HIGH COURT
On 5th July 2024, We had applied for leave to commence judicial review proceedings before the High Court of Lusaka in the matter relating to the nine parliamentary seats that were declared vacant.
Judge Susan Wanjelani has since granted leave and which will act as a stay.
This means we shall proceed to return to parliament today to perform duties until the main matter is heard and determined.
