Minister of Labour and Social Security, Brenda Tambatamba representing the President of the Republic of Zambia, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema has presented Christmas hampers to thirteen Christmas Babies at Matero Level one hospital.
The Minister who was represented by the Acting Permanent Secretary, Zechariah Luhanga, congratulated the mothers and commended the health personnel at Matero Level One Hospital for registering 13 normal births 7 girls, 6 boys among which is a set of twins.
And Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary, Donor Coordination, George Sinyangwe thanked the hospital staff for the diligent work and the care given to the those who come to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Bridget Mwamba and Sandra Lyato both mothers thanked the President for the gesture given on this day.
