We acknowledge receipt of your request dated 15th January, 2024 whose contents are duly noted.
Upon meticulous persual of the complaint attached to your request to conduct a private Prosecution. I am unable to grant your request. This decision is premised on the grounds that you have not availed any Cogent evidence to demonstrate that the alleged circulation of the words attributed to the proposed accused was executed by the proposed accused by means of a computer system as required by section 65 of Cyber Security and Cyber Crime Act of the laws of Zambia.
