Speaking at a media briefing at Community House, President HICHILEMA said Government will do everything possible to ensure the vaccine is made available to eradicate cholera.

Professor CHILENGI said the World Health Organisation –WHO- has provided the doses following the disease outbreak.
And Health Minister SYLVIA MASEBO said she will invoke the Public Health Act tomorrow in order to bring in measures to control the Cholera outbreak.
Mrs. MASEBO said by invoking the Public Health Act, she will be able to introduce measures to enforce the laws to prevent Cholera.
She also announced that President HICHILEMA will tomorrow visit the National Cholera Treatment Centre at the National Heroes Stadium and other Cholera treatment centres in Lusaka to appreciate the work of the response team.
