New Labour Party (NLP) Leader Fresher Siwale has advised the media to lift the level of debate by focusing on issues that are of benefit to the Zambian people.

Mr. Siwale noted that the theft that took place at the residence of Former Republican President Edgar Lungu, were some household items were stolen, should not be the center of attention.

Speaking in an exclusive interview, Mr. Siwale claimed President Lungu has only succumbed to the theft he did, and that the same fate has bounced back at him.

And Mr. Siwale stated that there is nothing to celebrate about the recently announced reduction of fuel pump prices because the New Dawn Government is stealing from the Zambian people.

He said fuel lands in the country at less than K6 per litre hence, buying it at K23 is not helping citizens.
