Minister of Infrastructure and Urban Development Charles Milupi says Government is turning all provincial airports into regional airports to help promote tourism.
Mr Milupi said Kasama Airport is already done and they will soon move to Solwezi and Mansa, followed by Mongu and Kalabo.
He was responding to concerns raised by Tourism Council Zambia (TCZ) chairperson Yousuf Zumla on improving air accessibility to various tourism facilities by working on airports such as Mongu and Kalabo.
