INSITU JEREMIAH BOX CULVERT WORKS ON THE LUNDAZI-CHASEFU ROAD COMPLETED

The Road Development Agency (RDA) has completed works on the

Insitu Jeremiah box culverts along the Lundazi-Chasefu Road in Eastern Province.

The scope of works included but were not limited to the following:

1. Fills construction on the approach roads;

2. Construction of reinforced concrete deck;

3. Construction of inlet and outlet structures;

4. Opening of inflow drainage upstream and outflow drainage downstream; and

5. Stone pitching.

The Lundazi-Chasefu Road has since been opened to traffic, a development that his cheered the residents of Chasefu and Lundazi Districts.

This structure borders Chasefu and Lundazi Districts in Eastern Province.
