AS PRESIDENT OF ZAMBIA, I AM DIRECTING THAT GOING FORWARD, THERE SHALL BE NO MORE SHALLOW WELLS AS A SOURCE OF DRINKING WATER IN LUSAKA AND OTHER URBAN AREAS.
