Government through the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) is pleased to announce the 3 Years Tax Holiday on Broadcasting Equipment.
Newly licensed stations and all existing broadcasting stations are encouraged to take advantage of the 3 years suspension of Customs and Excise Duty to import or upgrade their broadcasting equipment.
Statutory Instrument NO. 67. of 2023 is attached for your ease of reference. The S.I runs up to 31st December, 2026.
