PSPF Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pindani F. Nyirenda emphasized the organization’s commitment to reducing pension processing time from 21 days to just 2 days.
He also praised the Ministry of Education’s liaison staff for their dedication in undergoing training for the new system integration.
Nyirenda noted that this initiative aligns with the PSPF’s 2024-2028 Strategic Plan and the government’s commitment to enhancing e-services across public institutions.
