Speaking in a speech read on her behalf during the official handover of a 2022 Constituency Development Fund-CDF market shelter at Mwamba-Luchembe market in Matero Constituency, Lusaka District Agricultural Coordinator, Mr. Aswell Lubungo said that the new dawn government is resolute in ensuring that all marketeers conduct business under acceptable standards providing running water, toilet facilities and shelter.

Ms. Zulu disclosed that the K 1,036,043 market shelter is set to benefit upto 1000 traders who have for a long time endured the blunt of trading in a market without a proper shelter, which the District Commissioner said resulted in many traders ditching the designated trading area for the streets, a situation that she said contributes to street vending.
